The Kaze was conceived with one thing in mind...fun.  This is your all-purpose aerobatic wing that is easy to assemble and will give you hours of creative flight.  The Kaze performs well in a wide variety of lift conditions allowing for more flight time and longer sessions.  Its roll-rate is excellent and inverted flight is effortless.  You will find that the Kaze has a very wide speed range.  It can scream down the pipe, yet slow down for those impressive hand catches.  The Kaze is the result of several months of research and development.  Every effort has been made to design a sloper that is as durable as it is fun to fly.  FSD is known for the considerable amount of prefabrication completed on each kit.  The Kaze continues that tradition to insure that you go from workbench to slope as quickly as possible and with one of the most versatile flying wings on the market.

The Kaze 24 (aka “Pocket Kaze) is a mere 24” and has a flight weight of around 5.5 oz.  This is a fun little plane that is designed to challenge both intermediate and expert pilots alike.  This is the perfect little sloper to keep in your car for those times when you want to check out a new slope or just to get a quick fix on the way home from work.  The Pocket Kaze employs the PW 106 airfoil for maximum lift and stability.  The Pocket Kaze is very quick and will test your anticipatory skills.  This plane’s weight translates into low inertia when making contact with the ground, which means less damage and extended durability.  The Pocket Kaze raises the fun factor with every session and should be a part of every pilots stable of planes.

Kaze 55

The Kaze 55 is the last of the Kaze trilogy which includes the Kaze 40 and the Pocket Kaze.  This big brother of the series employs the PW 51 airfoil for maximum lift and maneuverability.  The Kaze 55’s wingspan makes it ideal for novice pilots and for slermal conditions that often accompany inland sloping.  This excellent sloper is designed to be light and agile.  At around 19 oz. AUW, the Kaze 55 has a low ling loading which allows it to fly when other planks are on the ground.  The vertical stab is removable for transport and can be replaced quickly with different sizes when conditions demand.  The Kaze 55 is also excellent for light-weight DSing to help hone your skills for those big winds.  This is your all purpose sloper that will give all skill levels hours of creative flight.
